Yes, Beyond Dual SIM works with 99.9% of the GSM handsets out there.

What Network Does the SIM Use?
Beyond Dual SIM uses existing GSM networks such as Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile, O2, ATT, Telefonica, SFR, MTN, Digicell and many other GSM networks around the world. It will automatically select the strongest signal and locks on to it. You may find that as you move around, the network to which the SIM uses changes. Regardless of which network you are locked on to in any country, the charges will remain the same.

Beyond Dual SIM operates on the following networks:
GSM 850 (USA)
GSM 900 (Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, parts of South and Central America)
GSM 1800 (Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia/Pacific, Brazil)
GSM 1900 (USA, Canada, South and Central America)
Note: In some countries you may require a Tri-band mobile phone.

How Long Will My Unused Call Credit Last?
Your unused call credit will last at least 12 months from the time of purchase however, a yearly fee however is charged plus VAT applies, this fee keeps your SIM card alive for another 12 months.

Is There any Annual Renewal Fee?
Yes, a nominal annual fee of N5000 plus VAT is chargeable. This fee is charged to us by the telecom network service providers and it's one we unfortunately have to pass on.

Unlike most telecom companies, we do not take your unused call credit away from you if it's not used within a short period of time. Most leading brand charge a fee for daily usage and credit holding, we do not.

In line with our Clear Pricing Policy, we do not hide this fee under high call and connection charges; our advice is to keep your SIM active by paying the annual fee.

How Do I Pay The Renewal Fee?
You will be contacted two weeks prior to the due date by SMS reminding you of your renewal date, failure to make the necessary payment may result in your service being suspended..

How Do I Check My Call Credit Balance?
Dial 187 from your handset, you will receive a free text with your credit balance.

Is Voicemail Supported? Yes, and it is free to access. You can listen to your voice messages by dialing 121 on your handset.

Can I Forward Calls from The SIM To Another Phone?
Yes, you can forward calls from the Beyond i Dual SIM to any number in the world.

Which Countries Can i Receive Calls Free In?
