NAIJA IN THE PARK IS AN ALL-AGES FESTIVAL; VIP AREAS ARE + 21 AND BY INVITATION ONLY
EVENT Naija in the Park is an Arts and Cultural festival celebrating the rich, colourful and diverse arts and culture of Nigeria. The event features cultural performances, workshops, competitions, Arts and carfts, Nigerian Market, childrens funfair, Nigerian Food and Drinks, presentations, DJ's and Live music from bands and artists.
ADMISSION Admission to the event is via ticket sales or by invitation only. Tickets will be on sale 6 weeks prior to the event and will also be sold at the door on first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone based on public disorder, or unreasonable behaviour towards our staff / personnel. There will be no pass-outs and no re-admittance. Should you leave the venue you will not be re-admitted and no refund will be given.
TICKET SALE ON SITE Tickets will be on sale at the door from 11.30am on the day of the event till the number of tickets and/or attendees reach the prescribed number of attendees for the event. Early bird tickets cannot be bought at the gate, however early bird ticket holders have prefrential entry into the event site.
WRISTBANDS Wristbands will be issued with each ticket sale to all attendees and participants for both security and accountability and for the health and safety of all on site. Anyone found without a wristband will be ejected from the site. No one is allowed into the site without a wristband which will only be issued with the sale of each ticket.
VENDORS We have a range of vendors exhibiting a rande of African and Nigerian Arts, Crafts Products and Services. For further information of vending or exhibiting your products and services, contact the vendors teams at vendors@naijainthepark.com
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES All alcoholic beverages will be served only from the bars provided on site. The Naija Bar will be providing a mixture of Nigerian and British Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members of the public. Our bar staff and security reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the age of 18 years old. Proof of age will be required. Challenge 25 policy will be actively in operation.
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED Items capable of causing grievious harm to anyone such as knives, bottles, picks are prohibited. legal and non-legal drugs are not permitted on site which include nitrous oxide. Our security personnel reserve the right to search every one on entry to the site for the security and safety of all on the event site. any material or equipment deemed to be offensive will not be allowed.
KEEP OUR PARK GREEN AND CLEAN Whilst you enjoy the wonderful atmosphere in of Brockwell park, we ask that you keep and leave the park clean and safe for other users. We will provide toilets, waste bins and personnel who will be monitoring the grounds and making sure our parks remain green and clean.
